When is it advisable to wear an anti-bruxism splint?

Worn for several hours a day (at night or during the day, depending on when the problem is triggered), it has the advantage of relaxing the jaw muscles. How long can I wear a mouthpiece?

The lifespan of a bruxism splint is between 1 and 3 years. They are generally renewed every 2-3 years (as needed), depending on wear. Wear may vary from patient to patient.
