Choosing an invisible aligning tray

When it comes to dentofacial orthopedics, there are many appliances available to give you the smile you deserve. The alignment treatment is one of the solutions offered to adult patients, not least because it is so discreet.

The treatment consists of a series ofinvisible aligners, which gradually correct the alignment of your teeth until a harmonious result is achieved. Each mouthpiece is made-to-measure and must be worn between 20 and 22 hours a day. After 10 to 15 days, you change your aligners. The total duration of orthodontic treatment varies from patient to patient. More than 4 million patients worldwide have already been treated with this system.

Procedure for dental alignment treatment

During the initial consultation, your practitioner performs a complete oral examination and assesses the feasibility of treatment;
At the second appointment, you’ll receive an esthetic dental check-up, including photos and X-rays, as well as dental impressions that will be used to create your series of customized aligners;
we then show you the planned treatment steps and the expected result, thanks to a powerful and realistic visualization tool;
Once the treatment plan has been validated with you, we order your aligners and call you for a fourth try-in;
You then have a follow-up appointment every two months, during which your dentist checks the effectiveness of the treatment before giving you your new set of aligners;
At the end of the treatment, we ensure that the result is long-lasting by fitting a retainer in the form of a wire, a splint or a combination of the two.

Cost and coverage of treatment

Like all orthodontic treatment, the mouthpiece is reimbursed by the health insurance scheme if the treatment is carried out before the age of 16. After this age, unfortunately, there is no provision for treatment.
